I frequently serve as a Guardian ad Litem in Idaho cases under Title 15 and Title 66 and am the Chairperson and Coordinator for the Nez Perce County Board of Community Guardians. I've completed the intensive three-day Title 26 (Domestic Relations) Guardian ad Litem training, as well as the two-day RCW 11.130 Adult Guardianship Court Visitor/GAL Training Course, both in the state of Washington.
I completed additional training in the areas of domestic relations and trauma-informed counseling and communication. Although Tec Law, PLLC focuses on representing consumer debtors in bankruptcy cases, I've represented parties in divorce and custody cases and consulted with other attorneys on legal strategy in cases involving guardianship, conservatorship, mental health, 'difficult clients’ and a myriad of other social and cultural issues.
I was recently appointed on a Child Protection case in Nez Perce County. I'm a mother of two young daughters which provides further perspective into the challenges and joys of modern parenting and the behavior and development of young children.
Do you need me on something else? I accept other cases on a selective basis, depending on current workload and other factors. Tec Law PLLC has broad experience in areas beyond bankruptcy and guardianship and may be the lawyer you are looking for.
Proudly representing clients from Idaho and Washington
